WEDNESDAY

  • INTRODUCE A FRIEND OFFER! Existing students - introduce a friend to Living Yoga and receive a 10% discount.
  • Don't worry if you have to miss a class or are going on holiday. Just substitute it for another class on the time-table free of charge.
  • Beginners classes are suitable for complete beginners and students that want to brush up on the fundamentals of alignment, breathing, names of postures, basic sequences, etc.
  • Intermediate classes work with guided sun salutations and a class programme centered around bringing the student forward confidently and safely in their practice, building step by step in understanding yoga, and balancing strength with flexibility.

What to Bring:

  • Bring a mat and a relaxed attitude. Wear loose comfy clothing. Try not to eat for an hour and a half before the class.

St. Michael's Hospital, Dun Laoghaire
From Crofton Road, enter St. Michael’s Private Hospital - entrance is near Dunleary County Council, almost opposite Dunleary Dart Station. Continue through the carpark, and past the hospital buildings on your right. Go through the barrier marked Private. You'll see the convent straight ahead of you. Class is to the left of the convent in the building called Mercy House on the 1st floor.

Blackrock Parish Hall
The hall in the grounds of the Blackrock Church. Access is via Newtown Avenue or Temple Road. Parking in the grounds of the church or in the carpark on Temple Road.
