Module 3 –The Fluid Body and Yoga
What does it mean to embody fluids in a yoga practice and how can they help us? Module 3 explores how to develop instinctive and intuitive alignment by connecting to our fluid core or hara. We will examine what it means to embody our innate fluidity in a yoga practice and how to mobilise our fluids for support, ease and grace. We will also investigate how to break down asana from this perspective and how to re-pattern others.
