‘What’s your body story?
This is an invitation to rewrite it.’
Work With Me
Most movement, healthcare and therapy professionals continue to invest in their own learning to and continuously look for inspiration and deeper understanding as they move through the stages of life.
I’ve been teaching for over 20 years and training teachers for over a decade and have been a life long student. Out of all these things 3 foundational trainings have emerged.
You can start on any of the 3 trainings wherever you feel drawn to the most or wherever you feel you need the most support.
Embodied Anatomy & Yoga

In this 8 immersions series, you’ll explore how to move, feel, express and find support from all your body systems. You’ll learn to dialogue with your nervous system and discover how your mental-emotional-physical-energetic-and-spiritual layers are woven together in a rich sensory tapestry.
Bodyfulness
Embodiment is an inside job that involves having a conscious experience of the body. Bodyfulness teaches us understand and speak the language of the body intimately.
Light and joyful. Springy and resilient. Stable and strong. Integrated and fluid. If this was how you moved, how might you feel about yourself?
Breathfulness
Your whole body breathes, and each breath connects you to yourself and the world around you. Breathfulness involves harnessing this vital life-force.
Heartfulness
Like gentle rain, kindness falls on everything and everyone. Heartfulness trains our capacity to be kind, courageous, authentic and full of integrity. It cultivates compassion, joy, empathy, and generosity.
Somatic Presence
We can use the body as a doorway to embodied presence. Our bodyful, breathful, heartful and mindful selves are the repositories and agents of our direct, lived experience. Where else can we realise the truth if not here and now in this body and this breath? What I love about going in through the door of the body is how practical, tangible, accessible and direct it can be. Let’s make the world a more embodied place together.
Mindfulness
Mindfulness offers us a bird’s eye view of ourselves. It teaches us that our thoughts are like clouds blowing across the sky. Even when the weather changes, the spacious sky is always there.

Movement makes me happy
When I leave my mat I feel expansive and gracious, connected to myself and to others. I feel joy and gratitude for my physical self: my moving, breathing soma. I feel alive, in so many ways. I would like to share this – and more – with you.
Join me on an embodied journey towards wholeness and presence.
