Heartfulness

The heart is our North Star.

In each and every practice, in each and every day, we can ask ‘dear heart, please guide my choices, my words and my actions.’ Heartfulness allows us to acknowledge and follow heartfelt desires. It helps us hold ourselves and others in tender loving care through the roadblocks and challenges of being human.
